ORDER TRACKING POLICY

TRACKING YOUR ORDER Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's progress.

HOW TO TRACK Visit the carrier's website and enter your tracking number to see real-time updates on your shipment's location and estimated delivery date.

TRACKING INFORMATION UPDATES Tracking information typically updates within 24-48 hours after your order ships. During peak seasons, updates may be delayed.

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION You will receive notification once your package has been delivered. If you are not available to receive your package, the carrier will leave a delivery notice with instructions.

TRACKING ISSUES If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or if you have concerns about your shipment, please contact us immediately.

LOST PACKAGES If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors and contact your local post office. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier if necessary.

INTERNATIONAL TRACKING International shipments may have limited tracking information once they enter the destination country's postal system.
